A proper diet routine should also be followed and reduce yourself to carbs and proteins. Prefer more green veggies and fresh fruits

The important thing to be prepared is your mental stamina, there will be time when you feel like giving up and getting back home, hence mental strength is more important to sustain and summit Kilimanjaro.

Prepare for high altitude, getting your body fit through physical training will help you prepare for high altitude. High altitude training enables you to pre-acclimatize at home and this improves the success rate and safety.

The minimum requirement is; Heartbeat below 100 beats per minute. The resting heartbeat is 60-70 beats per minute.
